New Arrest made in the Steubenville Rape Case

A new arrest was made on Monday in the Steubenville rape case, the person arrested was a school employee. He was arrested on charges that he hindered in the investigation of the rape of a drunk teenage girl. The rape was by two High School football players who have already been convicted. The reason this spread the nation because of a video that was posted of the football players assaulting the 16-year-old girl. The man arrested on Monday William Rhinaman, 53, has been indicted for perjury, obstruction with justice and tampering with evidence charges. He was also indicted for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Rhinaman was was the first indictment in the investigation if other people committed these crimes by hindering the rape case. The two football players were convicted last March and are in a juvenile detention facility, they can be held to their 21. They also are both required to register as juvenile sex offenders.
